FREE Community Workout 2/17/18

Come discover what boot camp is all about in this FREE Community Workout! All sizes and fitness levels welcomed. Must be 14 years or older. Meet at the Analy High School Quad and come prepared for a fun one hour workout. Bring set of dumbbell weights, yoga-type mat, and water to drink. Don't have them? I'll have extras! Meet your neighbors and get a great workout too!
